From a very young age, Alex was drawn to yoga as a way to calm her mind and manage an undiagnosed mood disorder. She began practicing yoga daily at the age of eighteen and completed her first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 in Mexico. In 2017, she completed her 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali and has since made it home. When she’s not leading vinyasa for Inner Yoga Training she is traveling the world sharing yoga through retreats in places like Mexico, Dubai, and Costa Rica.
Her teaching is accessible for all levels, yet challenging, and will leave you feeling spiritually grounded and physically refreshed. She includes hands-on assists and allows you to shape your experience. You can expect music and themes in the class that draw on the ancient teaching of the Yoga Sutras.
