A Hosted Himalayan Retreat Experience for Women in Transition

You don’t need another version of yourself.

You don’t need a plan right now.

You might just be tired.

Tired of holding it together.

Tired of not knowing what’s next.

Tired of being strong when something inside you wants to soften.

The In-Between is a small, deeply held retreat in the Himalayas for women who are burnt out, emotionally exhausted, newly single, or quietly questioning the direction of their life.

This is a place to slow down enough for your body to feel safe again and for clarity to return without being forced.

Why This Retreat Exists

There are moments when trying harder only creates more tension.

When you’ve been living in uncertainty, emotional strain, or constant responsibility, your nervous system often stays in survival mode — either over-alert or shut down. From that place, it’s difficult to hear yourself clearly or trust your decisions.

This retreat exists to restore safety, rhythm, and inner steadiness — so your next steps come from self-trust, not urgency.

No fixing.

No pressure.

Just space to breathe and recalibrate.

This Retreat Is For You If…

  • You feel burnt out, emotionally tired, or directionless.
  • You’ve recently ended (or are questioning) a relationship.
  • You’re functioning outwardly but unsettled inside.
  • You’ve been over-giving or holding too much for too long.
  • You’re craving calm, clarity, and relief — not another self-improvement push.

How This Retreat Supports You On an Emotional Nervous-System Level

This retreat is intentionally slow and spacious.

Across five days, you’ll be gently supported to:

  • come out of chronic alertness or emotional shutdown
  • release decision fatigue and internal pressure
  • feel safer in your body and emotions
  • reconnect with your own inner cues and timing

When your nervous system settles, clarity begins to emerge — quietly and naturally.

This Is Not a Standard Yoga or Holiday Retreat

Many retreats in Nepal are designed around accommodation, scenery, and daily yoga classes.

The In-Between is different.

This is a coaching-led, facilitated retreat, where the value lies in the depth of the work held across the days — not in a schedule of classes or a holiday-style experience.

While gentle movement and grounding practices are part of each day, they are used to support nervous-system regulation and emotional integration — not as the main focus.

The sessions are guided by experienced, emotionally attuned facilitation, supporting:

  • nervous-system safety
  • embodied boundaries
  • decision-making from steadiness rather than pressure
  • integration of endings, transitions, and identity shifts

This retreat is closer in nature to a coaching or therapeutic-style retreat than a yoga holiday — and it is intentionally priced for the quality of facilitation, holding, and continuity of the container.

It won’t be right for everyone.

It is right for women who value depth over distraction.

Why the Himalayas?

Some environments do the work for you.

Ghandruk is a traditional Himalayan village in the Annapurna region where life moves slowly and perspective widens. The mountains steady you. The simplicity quiets the mind.

At Snowlands Lodge, we are held in warmth, simplicity, and expansive views — creating the conditions for deep rest, emotional spaciousness, and genuine reconnection.

This is not escape. It’s recalibration.

The Retreat Experience

Each day unfolds gently and without rush, weaving together:

  • Morning grounding practices (gentle movement, breath, somatic awareness)
  • Guided reflection around identity, endings, and “what now?”
  • Journaling and quiet integration time
  • Nature walks and village exploration
  • Evening circles for grounding and shared humanity

Nothing is forced. Nothing is performative. You are never put on the spot.

One Calm Container

  • A small, intentionally held group
  • Exclusive use of the lodge
  • No outside guests or parallel retreats
  • Emotionally intelligent, grounded facilitation
  • Plenty of personal space and quiet time

This is a place to come back to yourself, not reinvent yourself.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Most women don’t leave with a plan. They leave with something more important:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system
  • Emotional relief and inner space
  • Clearer self-trust and decision-making
  • Perspective around endings and transitions
  • A grounded feeling of “I don’t need to rush”

You’ll also experience boundaries differently. Not as rules or hard lines — but as self-respect.

Many women discover:

  • where they’ve been overriding their own needs
  • how saying yes has come at a cost
  • how to honour limits without guilt
  • how clearer boundaries create more ease in relationships

When boundaries come from nervous-system safety, they don’t harden you — they steady you.

About the Facilitator

Georgina spent 15 years living in Bali, where she founded and led Inner Yoga Training, facilitating hundreds of yoga teacher trainings and retreats for women from around the world. Over time, her work evolved beyond physical practice into deeper, coaching-led facilitation — supporting women through burnout, relationship endings, identity shifts, and moments of re-orientation.

This depth of experience means you are entering a container shaped by years of holding women through transition — where emotional safety, steadiness, and thoughtful pacing are prioritised.

Her work is also informed by lived experience. Georgina has moved through her own in-between seasons — times of letting go of what was familiar before the next chapter was fully formed. Most recently, this included leaving Bali after 15 years and relocating to Nepal, stepping into the unknown without a clear blueprint of what would come next.

She understands how unsettling — and quietly powerful — that space can be. The in-between is not about rushing to replace the old. It is about learning to stand steady while the new takes shape.

Her approach blends nervous-system awareness, embodied reflection, and emotionally intelligent facilitation. She is known for creating calm, grounded spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, speak honestly, and listen inward without being analysed, pushed, or fixed.
