Yoga Teacher Training

Deepen Your Practice  ·  Refine Your Teaching  ·  Discover Who You Are

Most Trainings Teach You How.
This One Starts With Who.

Most yoga teachers spend years refining how they teach — sequencing, cues, adjustments, methodology. All of it necessary. Inner Yoga's 300-Hour goes further, beginning somewhere most 300-Hour trainings never do: with you — what your own practice looks like, what you believe, and how you show up.

That foundation changes everything that follows. Yoga Alliance certified since 2017 with 1,000+ graduates worldwide, this training combines with your 200-Hour to qualify you toward RYT 500 status.

Sadhana: What Everything Else Is Built On

Sadhana is your personal practice — not a religious concept or a prescribed tradition, just a committed, honest practice of whatever connects you most deeply to yourself: meditation, movement, journaling, self-inquiry, time in nature, mantra, service or silence.

It's the dimension of yoga most teachers have thought about least. You've studied anatomy, sequencing and philosophy — but what does your own daily practice actually look like, and what sustains you?

How the 300-Hour Unfolds

The 300-Hour runs inside our monthly 200-Hour training, and that structure is what turns the Sadhana work into something real, not theoretical. It unfolds in two phases.

Phase One

Developing Your Own Sadhana

You arrive a full week before the wider 200-Hour group joins. Mornings move through meditation, self-inquiry, journaling and sacred text study connecting you with the philosophical roots of what you teach. Afternoons bring personal development and life coaching with Georgina, alongside karma yoga and a visit to a Balinese temple — a direct encounter with devotional practice, not as a tourist but as someone genuinely exploring what it means to them. Evenings close with sound healing and kirtan.

Nothing is prescribed — it's a chance to explore what's meaningful for you, in a guided space that's held and supported all week. You'll leave with a personal practice that's genuinely yours.

Phase Two — Weeks Two to Four

Teaching and Mentoring on a Live Training

The 200-Hour cohort arrives, and you step into a dual role. Your own advanced study continues — asana clinics, anatomy and philosophy at a deeper level — while TCM and Yin take you into meridian theory, Five Element theory and trauma-informed somatic practice. Alongside your own learning, you mentor: giving structured feedback on the 200-Hour trainees' teaching, and teaching a full class of your own that's peer reviewed.

It's genuine mentoring experience on a live training, not a simulation — valuable if you're ever considering leading your own workshops, retreats or trainings.

By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of your own Sadhana than most teachers develop in years — plus real, hands-on experience mentoring the next generation of teachers.

What You'll Actually Learn

Advanced Sequencing & Theming

Move beyond a good class into a genuinely intentional one — designing classes with a clear arc and a purpose students feel, and sequencing functionally around what a body actually needs rather than a fixed template.

The Art of Adjusting

Go significantly deeper into hands-on adjustment work — advanced technique, reading bodies in real time, and the subtle art of knowing when to intervene and when to let a student find their own way.

Advanced Anatomy & Fascia Science

Your 200-Hour covered bones, muscles and safe alignment. This goes into fascia and connective tissue, the biomechanics of complex postures, and the reasoning behind injury prevention for the body genuinely in front of you.

Advanced adjustment and teaching practice
Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga training
Traditional Chinese Medicine

Meridian theory, Five Element theory and clinical application, led by a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and built directly into your Yin teaching — another lens for sequencing and theming classes.

Yin, Taught as Trauma-Informed, Somatic Practice

Study Yin through two lenses — the anatomically focused approach developed by Paul Grilley, and the meridian and Five Element work from TCM — plus the timing, prop use and theming behind holding a room through genuine stillness.

Philosophy & Ayurveda

Return to the Gita and Upanishads through the lens of the personal practice you've built through Sadhana — read as something lived, not memorised, so it actually changes how you teach.

"Imposter syndrome is common even among experienced teachers — we think working through it is a key part of what makes you a better one."

I work directly with every 300-Hour student on mindfulness, nervous system and subconscious work — examining the quiet doubts about what you're capable of, and whether you're ready to lead rather than just instruct. As those patterns get reframed, real confidence takes their place — the kind that shows up in the silences you're willing to hold, and in how you respond when a student is struggling.

Is the 300 Hour Right for Me?

This is for certified teachers who are actively teaching and ready to go deeper — not just technically, but personally. Who sense there's more in their teaching than they've found yet, and are open to the inner work most advanced trainings avoid.

It's not for teachers fresh out of their 200-Hour looking to fast-track a credential — the curriculum and mentoring role both assume real classroom experience. If you've been teaching a year or more and are ready to change not just how you teach but who you are as a teacher, this was built for you.

There's a difference between a teacher who performs yoga and one who lives it. You'll leave a different kind of teacher — grounded, present, and confident enough to stop performing.

What You'll Leave With

You'll leave with your Yoga Alliance RYT 300 certification, qualifying you toward RYT 500 with your 200-Hour — plus advanced technical range across anatomy, sequencing, adjustments, Yin and TCM that most 300-Hour graduates simply don't have.

Beyond the certificate: a clearly developed personal Sadhana and teaching identity, direct insight into how a training is actually run, and personal development work with Georgina that's begun to dissolve the beliefs holding your teaching back. And practically: clarity on your teaching niche, an actual business plan to build it, and lifetime access to the Inner Yoga alumni community.
