A Note from
When I first stepped onto a yoga mat, I wasn't searching for a career — I was searching for myself. Yoga became the space where I could finally slow down, breathe, and begin to heal.
Years later, after my own transformation, I created Inner Yoga Training as a place where you can experience that same journey — a space that's safe, supportive, and deeply human.
Over the years, I've watched thousands of students come through our shala — some to become teachers, others simply to rediscover who they are. Every one of them leaves changed in some way — lighter, clearer, more connected to their truth.
This training isn't about perfection or performance. It's about presence. It's about finding your balance between strength and softness — in your practice, and in your life.
If something inside you is whispering that it's time for change, trust that feeling. Bali and Nepal have a way of opening hearts, and I'd love for you to experience that magic for yourself.
With love and gratitude,
Georgina Watson
Georgina's path began with meditation, continued through Vinyasa teacher training in Bali, and deepened through more than 500 hours of specialist Yin Yoga study. She has since taught Yin Yoga across teacher trainings and retreats for more than 1,000 hours, working with students at every stage of their practice.
In 2017, that experience became Inner Yoga Training in Ubud. Georgina continues to shape the school's direction personally, and speaks with every applicant before they book so they can make an informed decision about whether the training is right for them.
A complete practice needs both strength and stillness. A complete teacher learns how to honour both.
Georgina works alongside a small team of specialist teachers who each bring their own depth to the training.
